Frequently Answered Questions

Everyone has questions, hopefully we can answer some of them below if not please feel free to contact us directly. 

- How far in advance of my party should I order?

Our production time is 3 days and delivery 1 - 3 days depending on the area your box is being sent to. We recommend 1 week, but can manage a minimum of 3 days. 

- What if I am not happy with the products?

We offer a full refund on any products that you aren't satisfied with, as long as the products haven't been used or damaged while in your possession. Once you inform us of your desire for a refund, we will book the courier to collect the items and contact you to organise a refund. 

- What if I require a theme that you don't have?

We custom design all of our party products and love coming up with new themes. Contact us by phone or e-mail us and we will put together a sample product in any theme you require.

- What happens when I order boxes without any contents?

If you don't add contents to your party box, we assemble your boxes and then flat pack them to save on shipping (With the exception of the Petit party packs), when they arrive at your door you will have to unfold and reassemble them before putting in your contents. 

- Can I have party boxes custom designed for my party?

Although we can design any theme required, we can't custom make boxes for your specific party (i.e. we wouldn't be able to put your child's name on the party box sticker, as we bulk purchase our stickers)

 

- Do you provide party boxes for corporate parties?

Yes we do, please send us an e-mail with your company logo, the colours you would like and any other relevant information and we will be happy to mock-up a design for your company. (Please note there is a minimum order quantity of 50 boxes for corporates)
